We respect the privacy of our website users. Therefore, we have decided to publish a clear and transparent privacy policy and commit to acting accordingly. The purpose of this document is to explain our conduct regarding user privacy. Among other things, we will explain what information is collected, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding this information. This privacy policy is adapted to the provisions of Section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. This document is phrased in the masculine gender for convenience only but is intended for all genders.

If you do not wish for your information to be collected in accordance with this policy, please refrain from using the site. There is no legal obligation to provide your details, but please note that providing certain information may be a condition for full access to the site’s content and the services we offer.

Information We Collect on the Site:

While using the site’s services, information about you is collected, some of which identifies you personally:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Information you transferred as part of correspondence and/or communication with the site (these inquiries may contain sensitive personal information regarding a person’s business turnover and financial status, should you choose to do so. We recommend describing the inquiry generally and detailing sensitive information during a conversation with us).
  • Information you transferred regarding offers and services that interested you.

Some of the information collected does not identify you personally, for example:

Collection of Information

The data collected, as well as content that the user uploads and/or shares and/or creates on the site, will be kept by the website owner. The databases are stored on storage servers. The website user declares that he agrees to the storage of information on these servers, which may be in Israel or abroad.

  • And/or the processing of the information is permitted by law.

Direct Electronic Mailing and Contacting the User

The website owner wishes to update users regarding important updates, developments, and other relevant matters related to the site and its services. To ensure continuous and updated communication, the website owner may send notifications to users.

Additionally, the website owner wishes to send you, from time to time, newsletters or other messages via email, and/or SMS or WhatsApp and/or other digital means, regarding services and products as well as marketing and advertising information. Such information will be sent to you only if you have given your explicit consent, and you may revoke your consent and stop receiving it at any time.

We will not provide your personal information to advertisers. However, we may transfer statistical information about user activity on the site and in the newsletter to third parties.

Transfer of Information to a Third Party

The website owner will not transfer your personal details and information collected about your activity on the site to third parties except in the cases detailed below:

  • Name and email address are transferred to the site’s mailing system provider.
  • Some services on the site are provided by third parties who have separate terms of use and privacy policies: Pulsemem site, WhatsApp.
  • Some information is transferred to a provider who provides storage services for the site.
  • Inquiries from the site are transferred to a lead management platform (SAAS), which is operated by a third party.
  • Information about your use and activity on the site will be transferred to marketing platforms such as META and GOOGLE (GOOGLE ANALYTICS, HEAT MAP) using Cookies and/or pixels. Furthermore, the site may transfer only general statistical information to third parties, which is not personal or private, regarding the use of the site, such as the total number of visitors to this site and each page of the site, as well as the domain names of the internet service providers of visitors to the site.
  • In the event of a legal dispute between you and the business that requires the disclosure of your details.
  • If you perform actions on the site that are contrary to the law.
  • If a court order is received instructing the disclosure of your details or information about you to a third party.
  • Business ownership transfers, mergers, etc.: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, your personal information may be transferred to a third party as part of the transaction, provided that the transferee entity assumes the provisions of this privacy policy.

Cookies

A “Cookie” is a code used for authentication, tracking browsing data, and saving information about users. Every cookie is created by a server and transferred to the user’s browser. If you believe your privacy has been violated within the framework of or in connection with the site’s activities, please contact the website owner and detail the circumstances of the violation as you see them. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We will regularly review and update our privacy policy to ensure it reflects our current data handling procedures. All updates will be clearly communicated to you, and we will obtain your consent as required by law.
